Congratulations on your promotion! You are now Her Majesty's appointed Commissar for the newly conquered territory of the Great Changeling Lands – the most powerful empire in the world (no matter what those delusional griffons might think).
But this is no time to rest on your laurels. Former enemies are ever watchful, and the populace in the territories liberated from Equestrian oppression doesn't yet fully appreciate their good fortune.
Steel your resolve: show the ponies their place, crush saboteurs and traitors, and give your all for the glory of the Empire!
Oh, and try not to get killed in the process, Commissar.

do you need something to play it? cause im not able to play it. I have Windows but still.
What exactly is your problem?
it becomes a RAR file and I don't understand why it doesn't work, it says i need to open it with something but all the options are basic things like Chrome or notepad. (also, sorry haven't replied in 4 days)

I realy enjoyed this game. It took me about 2 hours to beat fully but it was worth it. I hope there will be more of these kinds of game from you, or different kind of games set in the world of Equestria at War, but I do understand that this probably took alot of time and that you will need more people to start such a project. Hope the community grows so that it happens :D

2-Are you thinking of adding more translations?
1. Unlikely, although if there are a lot of helpers and willing participants, I wouldn't say no.
2. I can send you a text file with all the texts in the game if you want to do the translation, I myself have done the translation into English using neural network.
